In April 2019 fracture of the tibia bone. Exams showed osteoporosis (L2-L4 Z-score -2.3, Neck Z-score -3.4) and consolidated fracture of the L4 vertebral body. In ultrasound study and CT scan left adrenal tumor 21x27x45 mm with adenoma characteristics.
Laboratory studies of adrenal hormones showed high cortisol level and positive dexametazone test.
