CT scan: the intestinal wall of the terminal ileum is circularly thickened to 9- 10 mm, layered, the lumen is narrowed to 2-3 mm; at a distance of ~ 32 mm from the Bauhinia valve, the ileum is dilated to 38 mm over a length of ~ 190 mm. In the terminal section of the ileum, ~ 18-20 mm from the Bauginia valve, a fistulous passage is determined, blindly ending in the surrounding tissue. Operation: Laparoscopic ileocecal resection.
