In August 2019, a transrectal multifocal biopsy of the prostate was performed - prostate adenocarcinoma was verified, Gleason 4 + 4 in 8 pieces out of 12, in both lobes. According to MRI, no extracapsular spread of the tumor process was detected, the volume of the prostate was 40 cm3. Digital rectal examination: the prostate is moderately enlarged, homogeneous, with clear and even contours, with a tight-elastic consistency.
